The Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture (IIKV) has successfully completed the seventh session of its Risale-i Nur Educational Program within the past eight months. This year’s program, held from August 22 to 28, hosted delegations from Iraq, India, and Morocco at the IIKV headquarters in Istanbul.
A diverse group of 15 participants from Northern Iraq, including teachers, imams, doctoral students, and businessmen, attended the program. After an intensive and productive training period, the participants received their certificates during a closing ceremony held today.
Throughout the program, the attendees delved deeply into the Risale-i Nur, gaining a better understanding of Said Nursi’s perspective and developing the skills needed to convey these insights to their own communities.
The IIKV aims to expand the reach of the Risale-i Nur’s universal message through such educational initiatives, fostering understanding and dialogue across cultures.
Participants’ Reflections:
The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and emphasized how valuable the program had been for them. They shared their enthusiasm for spreading what they had learned upon returning to their countries.
The program concluded with a heartfelt ceremony, where participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their achievements.

The International Unit of İİKV Explained Risale-i Nur at the Qadiri Gathering in Gambia
Representatives of the International Unit of the Istanbul Foundation for Knowledge and Culture (İİKV) attended the traditional annual gathering of the Qadiri community held in the African country of Gambia. As part of the program, the İİKV delegation came together with Sheikh Muhammad Gilani, one of the descendants of His Holiness Abdul Qadir Gilani and one of the most important spiritual leaders of the Qadiri path today. In the gathering, which took place in a spiritual atmosphere, various lessons and dhikr circles were conducted.
