
Between the 21st and 25th July, a delegation of academics from the Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture plan to carry out a series of academic and social activities in collaboration with different universities and institutions in Malaysia.
The first event is a one-day collaborative seminar to be held on the 22nd of July, with participation and co-organisation by the Kuala Lumpur Malay-Turkish Cultural Association (MTCA), the Green and Sustainable Exchange Institute (GST), The Institute Of Islamic Sciences USIM, the Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture, and the Malay Islamic Awareness Organisation (KMUDI). The seminar will be based on the Risale-i Nur and will be titled "The secret of the Governance of the Universe through the window of the Beautiful Names".
This seminar will bring together distinguished academicians from both Turkey and Malaysia. Participants from different scholarly backgrounds will share their insightful and valuable messages with the academic world and the public with respect to how the Risale-i Nur's Qur'anic exegesis can inform and benefit our world.

Then, on July 23rd a series of talks are to take place at the International Islamic University of Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. The opening talk, to be given by IFSC Executive President Said Yuce is titled "The Perception Of Personal, Social and Global Security from Faith Perspectives". Following this, there will be a talk by Prof. Dr. Alparslan Açıkgenç titled "The Risale-i Nur As An Epistemological Situation As Part Of Sociology Of Science" and finally a talk by Dr. Osman Yapar titled "The Importance Of Islamic Education In The Light Of Modern Problems and Opportunities".
And on the 24th and 25th an International Postgraduate Seminar is to take place at the International Islamic University (IIUM) in collaboration with the Kulliyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences (KIRKHS) and the Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture (IFSC). The subject of the seminar is "Producing Knowledge, Concept Formation and Theory Building" and its aim is to examine and discuss theory and knowledge production from within the framework of Divine revelation as well as the human sciences. The International Unit of İİKV Explained Risale-i Nur at the Qadiri Gathering in Gambia
Representatives of the International Unit of the Istanbul Foundation for Knowledge and Culture (İİKV) attended the traditional annual gathering of the Qadiri community held in the African country of Gambia. As part of the program, the İİKV delegation came together with Sheikh Muhammad Gilani, one of the descendants of His Holiness Abdul Qadir Gilani and one of the most important spiritual leaders of the Qadiri path today. In the gathering, which took place in a spiritual atmosphere, various lessons and dhikr circles were conducted.
